  Welcome to Sioux Falls Toastmasters Club 210!

The mission of a Toastmasters Club is to provide a 
mutually supportive and positive learning environment in 
which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn 
foster self-confidence and personal growth.

    


Congratulations to Club 210 members Josh Willprecht and Melissa Bien for their outstanding performances at the District 78 Spring Convention held in Pierre, SD on April 20 and 21st.  Josh was awarded 1st Place in the Evaluation Contest, and Melissa placed 2nd in the Speech Contest.  Way to go, Josh and Melissa!

ABOUT CLUB 210:

We meet every second and fourth Monday at 6:00 pm. Meetings are approximately one hour and fifteen minutes long.

Today you may be more comfortable communicating by e-mail or by telephone rather than by communicating face-to-face. The mere thought of speaking to large or small groups, or even one-to-one, may intimidate or frighten you. In Toastmasters you will learn how to organize your ideas and express yourself in a way to help eliminate the nervousness you sometimes feel when called upon to speak. Toastmasters will help you to improve your ability to listen and evaluate other people's communication styles. By joining Sioux Falls Toastmasters Club #210 you will embark on a journey that will improve your communication skills and last a lifetime.
